Connecting the threads of how you think
I started Threads of Thought because so much of what I do in the therapy room, explaining how anxiety actually works, why boundaries feel so hard, what trauma does to the nervous system, shouldn't be locked behind a session. These modules are the psychoeducation I'd normally walk a client through, made available to anyone who wants to understand their own mind a bit better.

Every module is a one-time purchase. No subscriptions, no recurring fees. You buy it once and it's yours to revisit whenever you need it, whether that's next week or next year.
